the trial of Jamaat-e-Islami leader Delwar Hossain Sayedee, during the 1971 war of independence of international crimes Tribunal (ICT) in 20 points for crimes against humanity accused, has postponed until Nov 20 been.Tribunal of Chairman Nizamul Huq adjourned the trial on Sunday.
The Tribunal, but two defense petitions on Nov 13 and 16 Nov listen.
The petition on Nov 13, Chief, calls for recusal of the Tribunal with the defense, which claims that he has a conflict of interest in the issue. The other petition seeks review of the indictment.
Sayedee was indicted on Oct 3 on the basis of 31 allegations, the complaint against the leaders of the community by the public prosecutor, who were taken only 20 in knowledge.

The Defense called for a review of the prosecution, in response to the the Court asked them to a petition in this respect at the next meeting.
Sayedee is the first person, with a view to a formal process under the five community leaders and two other BNP facing similar charges.
Sayedee was arrested on 30 July last year. Next to him Jamaat Chief Matiur Rahman Nizami, Secretary General Ali Ahsan Mohammad Mojaheed and Assistant Secretaries General Mohammad Kamaruzzaman and Abdul cuboid Molla war crimes accused arrested.
Senior BNP leader Salahuddin cuboid Chowdhury and Abdul Alim, a Minister in the Cabinet of Ziaur Rahman, were arrested on similar charges.
The seven community and BNP leader, with a view to the war crimes indictment is Alim on conditional bail, while the others are six behind bars.
